fail print
Failing a print is possible. Preparation is everything. Explaining you by contact will show you what could go wrong and may have to change. If you want to take the risk without adjustments. Costs are tied to time and material.

fail in design
Some drawing programs have issues with groups. It is possible that parts are not printable or not shown. In contact I will help best as possible to see if there are parts wrong or failures in the 3D design. If been printed and there are problems with the design it will stay your own risk.

Pricing/payment
Before printing we will discuss the price. As a agreement I will give you the price and will ask if you agree this is the fixed price. If problems will apear and will take more time its studio zwartebanaan risk not yours. Except if there are very risky prints and have been warned about it.
Payment will be with a invoice. Or being modern with a tikkie. In contact we can discuss this. Also payment upfront or after is possible.

own materials/other
There are a lot of different materials. If you want to use your own that is possible. Take care you will buy 1.75mm. And discuss first which material you want to use and what brand.
Basic material will be always availble. If need to order special material costs will be included. And sometimes will take a few days for delivery.

cleaning/breaking
You have to clean your own design of any support. If you want me to clean it costs are tied to time. Risky prints can break. I can give you cleaning advice but own risk if something breaks.

time
3d printing could take long. Sometimes parts take more time because of maybe a risky print. That means maybe slower printing. And will take more time. This will be taking in advance in the price.

pickup/delivery/sending
working local is great for eco. that means you can pickup your design yourself. If you want to have it delivered costs are tied. Make a apointment when pickup is possible. Im very flexible possible early in the morning or later at night is possible.
Sending is also possible costs will be tied to amount of gram and extra transfercosts like plastic/box.
